Return and Exchange Policy

1.  If your merchandise was damaged in transit, is defective, or or shortage of accessories , contact our customer service within 7 days for the further process .Customer service will not be processed       after this period.

2.  If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased, you may return the product within 7 days (including public holidays)  of delivery for a refund. Follow the instructions to request a             return authorization. Pack the product(s) securely in the original product packaging, including all paperwork, parts, and accessories. ALL PRODUCT MUST BE UNUSED.

3.  Items must be returned in brand new, unused condition, with original product packaging, including all paperwork, hang tags, dust cover, receipts and accessories. 


4.  Please read the product description carefully and double confirm when you place your order.  

5.  All our products are produced in mass production by the factory. According to the international inspection standard AQL, the following conditions are acceptable:

     Color display vary on website, size does not meet expectations, artificial leather, slightly smelly hardware scratches, leather creases, uneven edge oil, a little thread (self-cutting), slightly                           asymmetric, small stains or scratches within 0.5 cm , Under the condition that does not affect the normal function use and appearance, are not included in the scope of defects, and are not                   returned.

6.  The following situations may affect your return authorization:  

      *Under the condition of not affecting your inspection of the product, damage the original packaging, remove seals and labels, remove metal stickers and other damage.

      Request after 7 days(including public holiday) of receiving. Not inspected the product within the time limit and informed, it will not be returned or exchanged beyond the inspection period .

      Return items without receipts.

7.   Any return or exchange delivery charges must be borne by the consumer,Returns and exchanges are not accepted for overseas orders. Any damaged in transit is not allowed by ROBINMAY  for            exchange or refund

      Please contact our customer service and follow the instructions to request a return or exchange authorization. Those who send the goods by themselves will not be accepted.

8.  Exchange or refund for promotion merchandise NOT acceptable, please double confirm before placing the order.
