How long will it take for my order to be delivered？
We process “orders in stock” and “pre-orders” respectively.
Orders with stock available will be delivered in turn. An Estimated Release Date will be shown on our official website for customers‘ reference.
|Delivery times vary according to the day of purchase (i.e. before a weekend or public holiday) and the location of your shipping address.|
|Please note: The business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays within Taiwan|
How to return purchased items within trial period？
Return should be made within 7 days from the next day you receive your purchased items.
If you’re not satisfied with your items, you may return UNUSED items with the original packing, parts and accessories. In addition, labels or tags must be intact.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect item？
Contact us via FB. We will need to know your order number, name and phone numbers to provide you the best solution as quickly as possible.
Items not being eligible for return：
slight dye smell
slight spot, scratch or crease(within 0.5mm)
minor leather oiling issue
few thread end not trimmed
error not resulted from us
My order including in-stock and pre-order item. Are these items dispatched together or in separate packages?
We will dispatch together once the pre-order product arrives.
